Aroma: Fresh sprouts taste best, 2 to 4 days after germination, then they have that special nutty, spicy fenugreek flavor. With age, they become slightly bitter.
Uses: Fresh sprouts can be eaten in herb curd, salad or as a bread topping. The greens are suitable for salads or for seasoning soups.
Store: Greens can be stored in the refrigerator for about 5 days. They are not suitable for freezing.
